Da Prio sei eu! (I know about Prio!) is an endomarketing initiative designed to involve the more than 600 employees - divided between petrol stations, administrative buildings and external partners - in the company's culture. Its aim is to reward the employees who know the most about the organization in order to make them true brand ambassadors.
A web application was developed that is easily accessible to all Prio employees, without the need to download it. The application consists of an interactive quiz, divided into 4 levels (BEGINNER, JUNIOR, SENIOR and MASTER) and participants have 40 seconds to answer each question. Whoever gets 80% of the questions right receives a prize and will be considered a "Prio Specialist".
